Your team keeps one dietary profile — allergens with severity, dietary patterns, per-meal targets. Every order is validated against it before submission. Each item shows one of four states: Clear, Warning, Severe conflict, or Unverified — never shown as clear when a partner hasn't disclosed. A severe conflict blocks submission; proceeding requires a named, written override that stays on the record.
Provision surfaces and records disclosure to support the dietitian's judgment. It does not replace the partner's duty to disclose accurately or the RD's professional decision. What the platform guarantees is process: every order checked, no severe conflict passing silently, and what was disclosed, acknowledged, and delivered on the record.
Nothing identifying — ever. Partners receive only de-identified, order-scoped requirements ("tree-nut-free — severe", "3 vegan portions"). No names, no numbers, no medical notes. Medical detail inside the team account is role-restricted and every read is logged.
By people, then by delivery. Every application is reviewed; approved kitchens onboard by secure invite — there is no public signup. Each delivery can be verified against four on-site checks, and that history becomes an earned 0–100 reliability score shown in discovery.
Provision is the merchant of record. A card hold is placed at submission and captured when the partner accepts; cancellations follow time-based refund tiers, and receipts go out on payment. Partners are paid via Stripe Connect.
