These terms govern use of Provision. Full agreements are executed with customers and partners; the summary below outlines the key responsibilities of each side.

For teams & dietitians

Teams are responsible for the accuracy of athlete roster data they enter. Provision surfaces partner disclosures and validates orders against documented constraints to support — not replace — the registered dietitian's professional judgment. Severe disclosed conflicts block submission unless an authorized override is logged.

For fueling partners

Partners are responsible for disclosing item allergens and ingredients accurately and completely, and for acknowledging the de-identified dietary requirements attached to each order before accepting it. Partners set their own menu, service areas, availability, and pricing; Provision is the merchant of record and remits payouts via Stripe Connect.
