Privacy Policy

Provision handles sensitive athlete dietary and medical data with care. This summary describes how we treat that information; a full policy is provided to customers under contract.

Athlete data stays with the team

Athlete identities and medical/allergen detail are owned by the team and are never shared with fueling partners. Partners receive only de-identified, order-scoped dietary requirements (e.g. "tree-nut-free; 3 vegan portions") — never names, jersey numbers, or medical notes.

Access is logged

Access to athlete medical and allergen detail is role-restricted within a team account and recorded. Secrets and credentials are held server-side only.

Your choices

Teams control their roster data and can export it at any time from the app (CSV). To have your data deleted, request it from Provision Ops and we will process the removal. For privacy questions, contact help@getprovision.ai.
